Meet Mrs. Jennifer Thomas!
She is new to the #OarkHornetFamily as a paraprofessional!💜
Mrs. Thomas is excited about working at Oark because she loves the small school and how everyone is so welcoming! She has 5 kids, loves sports, the Razorbacks, and any sports team her kids play on. 🙂
When asked what piece of advice she'd like to give her students she said, "Never give up.. No matter how hard something seems to be."
Please help us welcome Mrs. Thomas to our family!! We are so thankful she chose us and can't wait to see all the awesome things she does for our kiddos! 🐝

Senior High basketball boys will travel to Pleasant View on Monday the 29th. Bus will leave Oark Schools at 7:15am. It costs $10 a player. Sr. boys play Mulberry at 8:50 and St. Paul at 10:30.

1. Jr. Boys camp is CANCELLED due to numbers.
2. Sr. Boys ball camp has been MOVED to July 29th.
3. We will have open gym today, next Tuesday July 23, and Thursday July 25.
4. Our last open gym of the summer will be on Tuesday, July 30th.

Upcoming Camps for Girls:
🏀Jr Girls July 8 @ PleasantView Gym/ $125 per team-We will divide it up evenly($10-$15 each player)
We play at 2pm & 3pm. Bus will leave at noon.
🏀Sr Girls• July 9 at PV Gym/$125 per team- We will divide it up evenly($10-$15 each player) We play at 12pm & 1:30pm. Bus will leave @10am.
🏀Update to Summer schedule: this Thursday Sr. Girls AND Sr. Boys will travel to St. Paul for camp. Bus leaves at 8:30 am! 🏀

Don't forget our Oark Family Field Day is this coming Monday, May 20th! Please send your kiddo with a dry change of clothes, shoes that they can get wet AND run easily in, and sunscreen! All Pre-k - 12th grade students and families are welcome! Join us from 7:30-8:00 in cafeteria & then we'll head to the field! :)

Hey Oark Family! 🐝
This is just a friendly reminder that our K-12 Music and Art Banquet will be in the cafeteria this Friday at 6:00 pm.
Students from Kindergarten through 12th grade will be recognized for their achievements in Music and Art, along with an art gallery.
Please bring potluck style snacks, drinks, and desserts to share as we celebrate. We can't wait to see you there! ☺️
Tomorrow from 5-7pm, our 6th-11th grade students and families are encouraged to attend our Accelabration night in the cafeteria. We will be making class schedules and learning more about our programs! See you there! :)
