3rd grade had a surprise guest last week! Carley Allen is a 2015 Oark graduate and will graduate from Veterinary School this Spring. She taught the students how to calculate their heart rate per minute. She also shared a lot of information about animals and the circulatory system.
They loved getting to estimate animal heart rates and listen to their own!
