Meet Mrs. Rachel - Oark 2nd Grade Teacher! 🐝
Mrs. Rachel is so thankful to be back home teaching! She graduated from Oark High School, got her degree at University of the Ozarks, and then made her way back home to be the Oark ABC teacher the last 7 years. Now Rachel is starting a new adventure here teaching 2nd grade and we are so excited for a great year! 💜💛
We asked her why she decided to be a teacher and she said, “My mom, Janet Scroggins and all my awesome school mommas!“ 😁
Mrs. Rachel also said, “I love Oark because of the feeling that we are a family. Knowing that I have a work family who cheers me on is the best feeling.”
Mrs. Rachel loves traveling and anything Disney! In fact, she is pretty good at Disney trivia and usually knows the answer or will keep researching until she does!
Please help us welcome Mrs. Rachel to second grade! 💜🐝 We always get excited when our alumni decide to come back home to teach! 💜💛
